Welcome to Women in Motion

Objective

Women in Motion is a walking and/or running and fitness program designed to help women of all ages and ability levels reach their individual healthy living goals.  Our training meets a variety of lifestyles & levels of conditioning in a friendly, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere.  Year-round opportunities for advancing fitness are offered.


Coach Cares

The joy of being active has brought such peace and happiness into my life.  My goal as coach is to share this love of physical activity with others by making fitness fun!
