Welcome to Women in Motion Objective Women in Motion is a walking and/or running and fitness program designed to help women of all ages and ability levels reach their individual healthy living goals. Our training meets a variety of lifestyles & levels of conditioning in a friendly, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere. Year-round opportunities for advancing fitness are offered.
